Class registration for all age levels begins August 1, 2010.
Please note: Sacramental Preparation for children requires a separate registration; please use the form provided or register for sacramental preparation online.
To register online, please scroll down and follow the instructions . In-person registration may be done in the church narthex after all Masses on the first and last weekend of August, or you may stop by the parish office during regular office hours, Monday-Thursday 9:00 am-4:00 pm, Fridays 9:00 am-3:00 pm, or on Sunday mornings.
IMPORTANT: Your child’s enrollment in class is complete when BOTH the registration form and the volunteer form are complete, and WHEN:
- PAYMENT IS RECEIVED, OR
- A PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT IS MADE WITH A REPRESENTATIVE OF THE FAITH FORMATION STAFF (please complete payment plan form), OR
- A SCHOLARSHIP FORM HAS BEEN SUBMITTED AND APPROVED BY THE PASTOR.
**A CHILD WILL NOT BE DENIED RELIGIOUS EDUCATION FOR FINANCIAL REASONS.

CLASS & SACRAMENT REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
ONLINE & IN-PERSON REGISTRATION PERIOD: AUGUST 1 – 31, 2010
***To register for Faith Formation classes online, you must be registered parishioners of Emmaus and have an email address on file with Emmaus.
How to Register your Children and Youth for Faith Formation
- Click the "Faith Formation Registration" icon above.
- Login with your User ID and Password. (See instruction below for retrieving your User ID and Password) Your parish name is: Resurrection of the Lord Emmaus Catholic Parish. Queen of Angels parishioners should choose this parish too for class registration.
- Click on the EDUCATION link in the left margin of the page.
- Click on the CLASS REGISTRATION link in the middle box.
- Follow the “RE REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS” at the top, making sure to update all family information:
- For each family member make sure to correct any mistakes in spelling, date of birth, grade as of the 2010-11 school year, language spoken, etc.
- Add any family member in your household who is not in the database.
- Make sure the parent email address entered for each child is where you want all faith formation newsletters and information sent.
- Select radio button (round dot) to the left of the child’s name to see the list of classes. Select the desired class and hit NEXT to proceed.
- You will receive a registration confirmation and then can ADD ANOTHER REGISTRATION if you need to register another child or register for another class or sacrament OR you can CONTINUE TO NEXT SCREEN.
- Choose at least one area in which you or your spouse can volunteer over the year and check at least one box.
- When all children are registered for your chosen classes/sacraments, you may pay online with MasterCard or Visa credit or debit card.
- If you choose not to pay online, print a PDF STATEMENT from the payment summary screen and then click CANCEL. Your information WILL BE SAVED. Mail or deliver your payment to Emmaus Catholic Church, 1718 Lohman’s Crossing Rd., Lakeway, TX 78734 (mark the envelope to the attention of "Faith Formation") and your registration will be completed upon receipt.
- A confirmation email will be sent to you if you complete your registration online.
To access online registration and retrieve your User ID and Password:
- Click on the "Faith Formation Registration" icon above. Microsoft Internet Explorer works best.
- Retrieve User ID and Password by clicking on the yellow CLICK HERE box.
- Enter your email address that is on file with Emmaus, and your first name. Click SUBMIT.
- Log onto your personal email account to retrieve the email from support@churchdb.com which will give you your User ID and Password.
If you don’t receive an email:
- check your bulk/junk mailbox
- try your spouse’s email address and name
- if you go by a nickname, try your full first name (ex: Try Robert, even if you go by Rob)
- you may not have a current email address on file with Emmaus – Please call 261-8500 to have your email address added/updated. You can then register immediately.
- you may not be registered with Emmaus Catholic Parish; please contact the office at 261-8500 to register.
