Bright Horizons offers those with early symptoms of Alzheimer’s or dementia a special time for social interaction, friendship, and fun. Each participant is paired with a personal companion, allowing the regular caregiver a much needed break for appointments, errands, or personal enrichment. Participants enjoy music, exercise, art projects and more. The program meets most Mondays at Emmaus, 10 AM-2:30 PM. Bright Horizons volunteers are people with compassionate hearts and lively spirits who contribute their time and resources to this ministry.
Due to the pandemic, Bright Horizons has been suspended.
